EPC

EPC is a form of project management in the construction industry. The EPC contractor is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from detailed engineering and design to procuring all necessary materials and equipment, and finally, constructing and commissioning the facility. A key feature of EPC contracts is that the contractor delivers a complete, ready-to-operate facility to the client. These projects are typically large-scale and complex, such as power plants, oil refineries, and infrastructure projects. The contractor often assumes significant risk for project delivery, budget, and schedule.
