Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

• Cancelled orders will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days
• No cancellation fees apply for orders cancelled before shipment

Items are eligible for return if they meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item is in original condition and packaging
• Item has not been used, damaged, or altered
• All tags, labels, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

The following items cannot be returned:

• Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 2-3 business days
• Approval: Eligible returns are approved for refund
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval
• Notification: You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

• Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Wrong Item Sent: We cover return shipping costs and expedited replacement
